Take time to be thankful!

Thanksgiving is probably my favorite holiday throughout the year, even more so than Christmas. I love that we just relax and spend time with our loved ones (even though we eat way too much)! I love the anticipation of the Christmas season and the excitement in the air at Thanksgiving. I like to take time to thank God for all the blessings He has given me. We are a blessed family and may I never take that for granted. It seems like God has shown us this year so many people that are in need, so many people that are seriously hurting, so many that need hope. Our hope comes through Christ and I'm so thankful for the peace that only Christ can give. As you spend time with your family during this holiday season, may you enjoy the many blessings in your life and take time to be thankful.

I love all the new product arriving daily at Scrapbook.com/Scrapjazz.com. If you have Christmas albums to complete (like I do), it is always fun to add some new product to your stash. This month as contributing artist for SB.com/Scrapjazz.com, I played with some new Fancy Pants, Jillibean, Basic Grey, and Lily Bee. I just love new supplies....

Photo a day for 2011

For every day of 2011, I have taken a photo....sometimes something special that happened that day, or more often than not - the every day moments that I never would have taken a photo of if I had not been involved in this photo a day project. It might be Candace making Cara (above) smell her armpits, or the sweet notes one of them leaves, or messy, messy parts of my house, but teach and every one makes me smile as I look back at them. It is a journal of my life for one year...with my family...and I love it! I plan on continuing into 2012 also. Will you join me? I don't think you will regret keeping these every day memories, even if it is just a photo!

Hi everybody! I don't stamp enough...so when I pull out some stamps and use them, I actually have a lot of fun! It's the 5th of the month...and time for My Creative Scrapbook's reveal!

Good morning! I love the 5th of the month, time to show off all the fun stuff I've been creating for My Creative Scrapbook. ATC Challenge at Creative Imaginations!

This was my first ATC ever and I was surprised at how fun it was. These trading cards are really catching on and becoming extremely popular. Creative Imaginations has fabulous products to make any ATC card you want. I love the Luminarte paints...and stencils...and epoxies. What do you think?

My Creative Scrapbook - sneaks for creative kit!

Yep....Saturday is reveal day for the fabulous November kits at My Creative Scrapbook! I'm showing you a few sneaks of the creative kit today. I adored this kit. It was packed full of Fall goodies and I had so much fun creating and scrapping my favorite time of year!

Raising three girls....

There is no doubt I love my girls, but sometimes I wonder how I am going to get through these teenage years, with such attitude, such emotion, such drama....each and every day! I, at any single time, have at least 1 of these sweet girls mad at me for not being fair, or not giving them enough attention, or making them do more chores than the other. It really is never-ending! Usually mornings are the worst! They get up grouchy from not enough sleep, fight over the bathroom mirror, or the straightener, or some article of clothing that the other is wearing, and the day begins. However, even after all the hassles Mom gets from these girls, I still wouldn't trade being the mother of 3 girls for anything. I am so thankful that God has given me the blessing (and sometimes, curse) of raising three females. Thanks for letting me ramble what's on my heart this morning after another difficult start to my day! :)
