The Smokey Mountains are gorgeous!

and I didn't want to come home. We had such a relaxing, fun time with our family and I am so thankful for my in-laws who spent the week with us. Family is a treasure which God gives us and I never want to take that for granted! Now...I wanna go back!

Scrapbook.com and Scrapjazz.com - Basic Grey goodness!

I am thrilled to showcase a bunch of the new Basic Grey goodies that are now at Scrapbook.com and Scrapjazz.com. I used these lines to attempt to get caught up on my photo a day project for 2011. Every day, I take a photo and at the end of the week, I scrap all 7 photos so by the end of the year, I will have 1 album with snippets of the day-to-day activities of our life. I'm loving how this album is turning out.

Smoky Mountains...here we come!

Yep, that's right! We are heading out this weekend for a week in the Smoky Mountains with my in-laws. I can...not...wait! I usually head for the beach on vacation, but we decided to give the kids a little mountain flavor this year and are staying in this fabulous cabin on the side of a mountain! Carmen is already a little afraid of a tornado wiping us out (it isn't tornado season, is it?)!! We want to go white water rafting, ziplining, hiking, and tubing in the Pigeon River. Hopefully, we'll make lots of memories and I'll get lots of photos too!
